 Dr. Happy Grewal:
Dr. Happy Grewal DDS, BDS is a board certified pedodontist and graduated from Case Western University in
Cleveland, Ohio in 2001 and completed her specialty training in
Pediatric Dentistry at Rainbow Babies and Children Hospital at CWRU in
2003. Dr. Grewal has experience working with children of all ages
including special needs patients. In the event your child needs ample
restorative work; offered for the comfort of both parent and patient,
Dr. Grewal practices oral sedation and assisted IV sedation with the
anesthesiologist Dr. Donald Hom. Dr. Grewal is also an active member of The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and is a wife and proud mother of her son Arjun and daughter Malika.
 Christy Polidoro RDH/OM:
Christy Polidoro is a Registered Dental Hygienist and is also the Office Manager. Christy graduated from Armstrong Atlantic State University in
Savannah, Georgia in 2002. She has had ample experience in both office
and clinical coordination. She is skilled in treating a wide range of
patients from toddlers to the periodontally (gum disease) involved.

 JODY EARLE:
Jody has lived in Arizona all her life, and has been in the dental field for about 3 years. She is currently a part-time student working towards her degree in Dental Hygiene. Previously she attended East Valley Institute of Technology where she earned her Certification in Dental Assisting. Her main duties at Growing Grins are upheld in the front office. She does not currently have any children but definitely sees it in her future. She enjoys working in a Pediatric office due to she feels that it is more rewarding and she simply enjoys children.
 TALLON AYLETT:
Tallon, originally from California, has been in Arizona for 15 years. She loves working with children and has spent the last 6 years as a nanny. Tallon is our newest addition to the Growing Grins family. Tallon’s duties are upheld in the front office. She is currently a part time student work towards a certification in Dental Hygiene. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her dogs and socializing with friends and family.

 ANDREA CHRETIN:
Originally from Yuma, as a native Arizonian, Andrea moved to Phoenix 10 years ago. She has always had an interest in the medical/dental field. She has been a Dental Assistant for 7 years, and is working on furthering her education in these fields. Andrea is married and has two children. Andrea is the back office Clinical Lead and takes pride in her team. “We have an awesome team that works well together, which makes life easier!”
 BRITTANY LEWIS:
Meet Brittany! One of the three friendly assistants at Growing Grins there to accommodate your children’s needs. She is a new mother of a baby boy, Isaiah. Born and raised in Arizona, she is an avid fan of the professional teams including the Cardinals, Suns and Diamondbacks. In her free time, she enjoys shopping and pedicures. She completed her training at Pima Medical Institute in March ’07 and aspires to pursue an advances dental career in the future.
 JESSICA MCGHEE:
As the latest addition to the Growing Grins team, Jessica is another proud dental assistant supporting your children’s needs. She is a current student at Mesa Community College pursuing an advanced degree in dental hygiene. Her free time is occupied with yoga, scrapbooking and spending time with her friends and family. On of her greatest joys in her life are children which makes her a tremendous asset to the Growing Grins Team!
 ANESTHESIOLOGIST DR. DONALD HOM:
Meet Dr. Donald Hom - Dr. Hom was born and raised in Southern California but has recently called Arizona his new home. He attended the University of California,
San Diego and earned a bachelor's degree in Animal Physiology/Neuroscience with a minor in Psychology (1995). He later went on to earn his doctoral degree in
dentistry from the University of Southern California (2002). Dr. Hom was further trained at Loma Linda University, California where he obtained his additional training in Dental Anesthesia (2006). He has since been practicing throughout the state of Arizona providing anesthesia services for pediatric patients.
Dr. Hom has 2 sisters and a younger brother.
He is a fan of the Los Angeles professional sports
teams (Lakers, Dodgers and Kings) as well as USC Trojan Football. His
recreational activities include fishing, bowling, trying new restaurants, watching and collecting movies, and sharing a good laugh! |
